ELIGIBILITY Original entries are entries purchased directly from The CLUB for YOUth or its representative benefiting The CLUB for YOUth (the "Raffle"). Original entry purchaser must be an individual twenty-one (21) years of age or older at time of entry purchase. It is not necessary that an entry purchaser be a resident of the state of Arizona. Only one (1) individual may be identified as an entry purchaser. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. The Raffle is void where prohibited. The Raffle is conducted in English. Entries may be purchased via the internet between January 2020 through December 2020 or in person at any representative of the CLUB. A ticket stub will act as the entry. A hardcopy ticket confirmation number is not required to claim a prize. Questions concerning ticket confirmation number(s) should be directed to the "Administrator," The CLUB for YOUth at the address listed below. All entries are non-refundable. In the Raffle, there is no possibility of a tie. The raffle draw will be under the supervision of the Administrator. All time references to time are Arizona Time. By entering the Raffle, the entry purchaser acknowledges that he or she is aware of, and agrees to abide by, the Raffle's Rules and Regulations. The following individuals and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent and related companies and agencies are not eligible to win a prize in the Raffle: (a) staff of The CLUB for YOUth or immediate family members residing in the same household. DRAWING Ticket prices are as follows single tickets for $20 or 6 for $100. Entries received after the drawing takes place will not be valid. The drawing will be held at the TCFY Office on Monday, December 21, 2020 at 12 noon. The winner will be announced on social media the afternoon of Monday, December 21, 2020 but need not be present to win. Winner will be notified Monday, December 20, 2020 by phone. ODDS: 1 prize will be awarded with description as follows – • 2018 Hyundai Elantra GT. The approximate retail value of the prize is $15,000 based on pricing at the time Kelly Blue Book. The car may NOT be exchanged for cash. Prize may also be donated back to TCFY. NOTIFICATION OF WINNER The winner will be notified via phone, mail or by email (where available) by the Administrator of the requisite procedure to claim the prize. Winner of the package is required to claim their prize within twenty-one (21) calendar days of the draw. The name of prize winner will be available on the website. If a selected winner is unable to be contacted or located using the information provided with the entry prior to the deadline for claiming the prize, that prize will revert to The CLUB for YOUth. PRIVACY By entering the Raffle, entry purchasers agree that their contact information provided in connection with the Raffle entry may be used for communications promoting the Raffle and future raffles sponsored by or conducted for the benefit of TCFY. An entry purchaser may subsequently "opt-out" of the receipt of such communications by following the directions in any email, other communication, or by contacting customer service (contact information below). Other than as provided herein, an entry purchaser's information will not be shared with or sold to any other person or entity. Purchase of an entry in the Raffle constitutes permission for the Raffle, JDRF Arizona Chapter, to publish winner's name, location (city and state), and prize won for purposes of advertising the Raffle or future raffles without further consent or compensation, unless prohibited by law. REQUIREMENTS Winner must be an individual twenty-one (21) years of age or older at time of entry purchase or a business entity represented and authorized by someone at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry purchase. 

WAIVER/LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY Entry purchasers, by participating (and winner, by accepting a prize), release The CLUB for YOUth, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, partners, subsidiaries, agents, representatives, sponsors, service agencies and independent contractors, and each of their respective directors, officers, partners, employees and agents, including advertising and promotion agencies, from any and all liability with respect to participation in the promotion, possession, use and distribution of the prize awarded. 

INTERNET The Raffle will pursue all available legal remedies against any individual(s) damaging or attempting to damage any TCFY Car Raffle benefiting The CLUB for YOUth website or attempting to undermine the lawful operation of the Raffle. TAXES AND IRS RULES All winner shall be responsible for any and all federal, state and local income or excise taxes, fees, assessments and like charges associated with the prizes. Winner is responsible for any transportation costs associated with transporting the vehicle to winner’s location. 

SPECIAL NOTE: At the time of this printing, federal law requires that corresponding tax withholding on prize values in excess of $5,000.00 must be collected from winner upon award and distribution. Federal and state withholding laws are subject to change without notice. The withholding laws in effect at the time prizes are claimed will be followed. The IRS has taken the position that amounts paid for chances to participate in raffles, lotteries or similar programs are not gifts and, therefore, the price of the entry does not qualify as a deductible charitable contribution.
